1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”) and Roameaze Travel LLP (“Roameaze,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. About Roameaze

Roameaze is an online travel booking and experience marketplace that helps users explore and book , hotels, taxis, tours, and adventure experiences across India and international destinations.
We act as a travel platform, connecting users to travel service providers through our partner APIs, including Travelpayout, while offering secure online payment options via PhonePe.

3. Eligibility

Users must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
By using our services, you confirm that you meet the age and legal requirements of your country.
KYC or ID verification may be required for specific bookings.

4. Account Registration

  • You may create an account to manage your bookings and preferences.
  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify Roameaze immediately at hello@roameaze.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

5. Services and Bookings

  • Roameaze enables users to search, compare, and book travel services (, hotels, cabs, tours, and adventures).
  • Some bookings are processed directly on the Roameaze platform; others are completed via integrated partners.
  • All bookings are subject to the availability and terms of the respective service provider.
  • Prices displayed are dynamic and may vary based on provider rates and availability.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed online through PhonePe and other secure payment gateways.
  • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Roameaze or its partners to charge the applicable amounts.
  • Roameaze does not charge additional commissions or service fees to users.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Cancellations, Modifications, and Refunds

  • Users may cancel bookings under the rules described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Providers may cancel services due to operational issues or force majeure events; users will receive a full refund or an alternative option.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.

8. No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the scheduled service time (e.g.,, hotel, or tour) without prior cancellation may result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
Refunds for no-shows are subject to the policies of the respective service provider.

9. Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control — such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or transportation strikes — Roameaze may issue partial refunds or credits at its discretion.

10. User Responsibilities

By using our platform, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information while booking.
  • Respect all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
  • Not attempt to manipulate or misuse the platform or its pricing system.

11. User-Generated Content

  • You may post reviews, photos, or comments about your travel experiences.
  • You grant Roameaze a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use this content for marketing or promotional purposes.
  • Content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing may be removed at Roameaze’s discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and code, is the exclusive property of Roameaze Travel LLP.
Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

13. Data Protection

Roameaze collects and processes personal data only for booking and customer support purposes.
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and international data standards.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Roameaze shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Roameaze’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user for the affected booking.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services or third-party systems.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roameaze, its partners, employees, and affiliates against any loss or damage arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

16. Suspension or Termination

Roameaze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found engaging in fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • All disputes will be subject to arbitration in Delhi, conducted in Hindi or English.
  • The decision of the appointed arbitrator will be final and binding.

Roameaze may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of the platform after such changes implies acceptance.
